since then I have incurred further debts for necessaries and am at present totally unable to support myself and my children. I have not at present and see no prospect

of my having except for the said release any means to provide lodging and food for myself and my children and I have no one that I can apply to for financial help who is in position to render such help.

9. I am advised and believe that the circumstances above set forth do justify the release of the said property of my late husband from a charge created by the said Treaty under the Lawa now in force and I do urgently seek such release on grounds of financial necessity.
